Group Exercise Classes

LAT Wellness offers group exercise programs tailored specifically to those looking for a small group environment in which the workout is tailored for each participant.

  • Body Strength (In Person)
    This is a high intensity total body exercise class with low impact options designed for beginners to advanced fitness levels. Virtual options are available on select classes.
  • Yoga (Virtual or In Person)
    This is a low impact class designed to improve flexibility, balance and core strength while providing breathing techniques to reduce stress. Beginners to advanced exercise levels are encouraged to attend. Virtual options are available for all yoga classes.
  • Barre (Virtual or In Person)
    This is a low impact class designed to improve flexibility, balance and total body strength. Beginners to advanced exercise levels are encouraged to attend.  Virtual options are available for all barre classes.
  • Pilates
    Mat Pilates is a low-impact exercise method focused on strengthening muscles while improving flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness. Performed on a mat, it emphasizes core stability and controlled movements, often incorporating breathing techniques to enhance mindfulness and efficiency. Suitable for all fitness levels, mat Pilates can help improve alignment and prevent injury.
  • Homeschool Hustle
    Unlock your child’s potential with our exercise class designed specifically for homeschool students! This dynamic program combines fun strength-building exercises with essential flexibility training to enhance overall fitness, improve posture, and boost energy levels. Perfect for kids looking to stay active and healthy while learning valuable movement skills in a supportive environment. Join us for a class where strength meets flexibility and every child gets to thrive!

Group Personal Training Session Schedule:

  • Mondays 5:30 am and 6:30 am
  • Tuesdays 6:15 pm
  • Wednesdays 5:30 am, 6:30 am, and 9:30 am
  • Thursdays 5:30 am and 6:15 pm
  • Fridays 5:30 am and 6:30 am

Virtual Personal Training

Keep your routine fun, fresh and beneficial. Get a weekly check-in with a health coach to optimize your motivation level. Available in 4, 8, and 12 session packages.
