Join us at Smith Mountain Lake State Park on Thanksgiving morning for the region’s only Turkey Trot 5K, beginning promptly at 9 a.m. on November 23! Hosted by LAT Wellness Studio, this race is located on a scenic, asphalt route and welcomes runners and walkers. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the state park.
